Even a brand new item may arrive damaged due to shipping or defect. Damaged items: If an item happens to arrive damaged, please contact me right away. Digital pictures will be required for the insurance claim.

I do not charge extra for insurance, boxes, or packaging materials. Our warehouse requires 1 to 2 business days to pull, pack, label, and schedule pick-up before your packaged is considered "shipped." Most packages will arrive between 3 and 12 days from the time payment is received/cleared, depending on location. Items ship from CA so the closer you are, the faster I can get the item(s) to you. Rush shipping is available on most items and usually will take 3 to 4 business days.

Shipping Time: Most packages will ship by the next business day. Please note these are drop-shipped for me out of California so delivery to the east coast may take up to 12 days (including weekends and handling  time).
Shipping Costs: The listed rates are often less than you can get at UPS. I receive these rates because of volume and I do pass these savings along to you.
